Important information about income representations and program compensation
Effective Date: July 2025 · Last Updated: July 2025
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please read this Earnings Disclaimer carefully before submitting an application or making any financial decision in connection with the VERTEX Verified Operator Program.
1. Income Representations
VERTEX's advertising and marketing materials may reference a monthly stipend of $700.00 as the base compensation for active, verified operators participating in the VERTEX Verified Operator Program. This figure represents the base monthly stipend available to operators who have completed onboarding, maintained active verified status, and remained in good compliance standing.
THE $700/MONTH FIGURE REFERENCED IN VERTEX'S ADVERTISING IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF INCOME.
It represents the base stipend payable to eligible, active, compliant operators — not an income projection, an average earnings figure, or a minimum guaranteed amount.
2. Factors Affecting Compensation
Actual compensation received by any individual participating in the VERTEX Verified Operator Program depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:
- Successful completion of the full onboarding and identity verification process
- Approval by VERTEX's compliance team following application review
- Timely and accurate submission of all required documentation
- Maintenance of active compliance standing throughout the participation period
- Responsiveness to Compliance Requests within required timelines
- Continuation of the banking and operational relationships associated with the operator's entity
- Absence of violations of the Participation Agreement or program guidelines
Operators who do not complete onboarding, are not approved, or who lose active compliance standing may receive reduced compensation or no compensation.
3. No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting an application to the VERTEX Verified Operator Program does not guarantee approval, onboarding, or participation. Not everyone who applies will be accepted. VERTEX reviews all applications manually and approves participants based on eligibility, verification quality, and operational suitability at VERTEX's sole discretion.
4. Individual Results Will Vary
The VERTEX Verified Operator Program is not a get-rich-quick scheme, passive income program, or investment. Participation requires completion of real onboarding steps, real documentation, and real identity verification. The time required to reach active operator status varies by individual and depends on the efficiency of documentation submission, banking setup timelines, and compliance review.
VERTEX makes no representation that any particular applicant will achieve any specific financial outcome as a result of participation in the program.
5. FTC Compliance Notice
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines regarding the use of endorsements and testimonials in advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255) and guidelines regarding business opportunity disclosures, VERTEX discloses that:
- Any income figures referenced in VERTEX's advertising represent the base stipend available to qualified, active, compliant operators — not typical or average participant earnings
- Individual results depend on eligibility, verification, compliance, and other factors
- The Verified Operator Program is not a franchise, business opportunity subject to FTC Business Opportunity Rule disclosure requirements, or investment product
