Your account's security starts with email. If you register with email and password, VERTEXIBO applies two key protections: email verification and a secure password recovery flow.
Verify your email
When you register, we send a verification email with a secure, expiring link. Until you confirm your address, sign-in stays blocked for credential accounts, and you'll see a notice with the option to resend the verification email. This step guarantees the address is really yours before granting dashboard access.
Didn't get the email?
From the sign-in screen you can resend the verification email. For security, this action is rate-limited, so if you request several sends in a row, wait a few minutes. Be sure to check your spam folder too.
Recover your password
If you forgot your password, the recovery flow is simple and secure:
- You request a reset from the corresponding screen.
- You receive an email with a link containing a secure, short-lived token.
- You open the link, set a new password and you're done.
When you change your password, all active sessions on your devices are signed out. It's a deliberate measure: if someone had access, they're locked out immediately.

Use a unique, strong password, don't share it, and be wary of emails that ask for your credentials outside the platform.
